dc.description.abstract	In this thesis, we investigate the basics of the contact homology including the grading of periodic orbits and pseudoholomorphic curves. We also present the alternative approach to the subject by F. Bourgeois [1] and present the computation of the contact homology of Brieskorn manifolds by O. van Koert [2].
