dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the D.C. photoconductivity in amorphous thin films of As2Se3 is investigated. The temperature dependence of dark, and photo currents are explored at the interval 240 - 360 K. Three regimes are observed in the photoconductivity at the given range of temperature. The results are criticized according to the and other data and found to be in accordance with them.
