Project Management is also a field that researchers focus on since the 1960s. This theses study aims to answer its research questions including “How does successful management of IT Projects affect organizational sustainability?”, “How does employee type have a moderating effect on the relationship between successful IT Project management and competitive advantage?”, “How does competitive advantage have a mediating effect on the relationship between successful IT Project management and organizational sustainability?”. This research aims to investigate whether there is a moderating effect of employee types in terms of outsourced or internal and mediating effect of competitive advantage to a possible relationship between successful IT project management and organizational sustainability. As a result of this investigation shows that employee type has no moderating effect on the relationship between successful project management and organizational sustainability. Additionally, it indicates that competitive advantage related to IT Projects mediates the relationship between successful IT project management and organizational sustainability.
