In this work, several precursors to be used in quinoxaline cyclization were synthesized from diamine- and tetra-aminobenzene hydrochloride precursors. Our group added several substituents to phenylenediamine or used directly 1,2,4,5-Benzenetetramine tetrahydrochloride before a coupling reaction with 1,2-Acenaphthylenedione.
