dc.description.abstract	In this thesis, relationships between the size of the firm and the planning approaches and practices in the Turkish private sector will be examined. The study includes the review of theory and the empirical studies carried out in Turkey about the subject and the field study which is conducted through a questionnaire. The interpretation of the computer analysed data is done and the proposals for future studies are presented.
